Industree Edge is a Lucknow-based advisory practice that helps MSMEs, entrepreneurs and industrial promoters turn a business opportunity into a project that banks can finance, policies can support and markets can reward.
The practice is led by CA Bijendar Bisht, a Chartered Accountant with 13 years of experience across audit, project finance and industrial advisory.

Read moreIndia's MSME and industrial landscape is shaped by three forces: policy, capital and execution. Many promoters have a viable idea, land in hand and a market waiting, yet stall because the project is not structured in a way a credit committee or a subsidy sanctioning authority can evaluate quickly.
We close that gap. We work alongside the promoter from the first conversation, bringing the cost of project, the approvals pathway, the incentive map and the financing plan together into one coherent, documented project.
Setting up a new manufacturing or processing unit and approaching a bank for the first time.
Expanding capacity, modernising, or restructuring working capital limits as turnover grows.
Flour and rice mills, solvent plants, dairy, FMCG and beverage plants where state and central incentives are significant.
Tech startups formalising their structure, and borrowers referred for DPR, CMA or compliance support.
We advise and prepare; we do not sanction loans or subsidies. Every recommendation is grounded in the published scheme rules and the lender's appraisal norms, and we say clearly where an outcome is uncertain.
Share the outline. We review it against our five-step approach and come back with the incentive scope, viability risks and capital gaps we see.
