Subsidy Claim & Disbursement Support
A sanction letter is not money in the bank. Incentives are paid only after claims are filed in the right format, at the right time, with documents that agree with each other. Many promoters lose part of their entitlement at this stage. We prepare, file and follow up claims until the amount is disbursed.
What we handle
- Claim calendar: the windows for each incentive (capital subsidy, interest subvention, SGST reimbursement, stamp duty, EPF) from your sanction or eligibility certificate.
- Documents: CA and chartered engineer certificates, investment and production proofs, bank statements, loan and interest certificates, approvals and employment records.
- Online filing: claims under UP policies on Nivesh Mitra's online incentive management, and central scheme claims on their portals or through the bank.
- Verification: support during physical verification and replies to department queries.
- Follow-up: tracking with the department and the bank until disbursement, and escalation through grievance channels where needed.

Disbursement depends on the department's budget and verification. We cannot guarantee timelines or amounts, but a complete, consistent claim removes the most common reasons for delay. Claims under lapsed schemes may still be payable for sanctioned cases; we check the scheme's current position first.
