Uttar Pradesh notifies service-delivery timelines for approvals filed through Nivesh Mitra. Departments may raise only one query, within seven days. Selected timelines from the official checklist:

Timelines run from a complete application. In practice the time taken is driven by how complete and consistent the file is, which is where most of our effort goes. FSSAI licensing is handled separately on the FSSAI portal.
