About Us
Case Studies
We are preparing anonymised case studies with our clients' consent. Until they are published, this page shows how we document a mandate and the format each case study will follow. Where you need a reference, ask us and we will connect you with a client who has agreed to speak.
What each case study will record
- Starting point: sector, project stage, size band and the question the promoter brought to us.
- Structure: cost of project heads, means of finance, approvals sequence and the incentives considered, including those ruled out and why.
- Lender and department interaction: the main queries raised and how they were resolved.
- Outcome: what was sanctioned or approved and when, stated only from documents and with the client's consent.
- Lessons: what we would do earlier or differently on a similar project.
Illustrative example (not a real client). The table below shows the format only. The values are descriptive placeholders, not results from any mandate.
Illustrative example: format of a case study
| Field | Illustrative entry |
|---|---|
| Sector | Food processing (for example, a flour mill expansion) |
| Project stage | Land owned; machinery quotations obtained; no bank approached yet |
| Size band | Stated as a range, for example 'small enterprise, ₹ crore range' |
| Key question | Can the expansion be financed without stressing working capital, and which UP incentive applies? |
| What we did | Cost-of-project build-up, CMA data, DPR, incentive map, approvals roadmap |
| Incentives considered | Listed with status as checked on the date of work |
| Outcome | Recorded only from sanction or approval documents, with client consent |
| Lessons | One or two practical points for similar promoters |
Why we do not publish numbers yet
A case study is only useful if it is accurate and the client is comfortable with it being shared. We will not publish invented or rounded-up outcomes. If you want to understand how we would approach a project like yours, the quickest route is a project audit or a short consultation.
Want to see how your project would be documented?
Share the outline. We review it against our five-step approach and come back with the incentive scope, viability risks and capital gaps we see.
