DPR Readiness

DPR Readiness

A Detailed Project Report is only as good as the project behind it. Before we write a DPR, we check whether the project is ready: site, technology, cost, promoter funds, incentives, market, projections and working capital. Take the 8-point score below to see where you stand.

How ready is your project for a lender?

Tick what is already in place. The score shows how much structuring work stands between your project and a report a credit committee can approve.

Readiness 0/8

Start by ticking what is in place.

Close the gaps with a project audit

Your score is carried into the project audit form on this device, so you do not have to re-enter it.

What makes a DPR bank-grade

  • Every cost is supported by quotations, estimates or agreements, and ties back to the means of finance.
  • Capacity, yields, prices and holding periods are realistic and explained, not assumed.
  • Projections show debt service coverage and break-even, with sensitivity to adverse cases.
  • Approvals, incentives and implementation schedule are consistent with each other and with the lender's appraisal format.
