Labour Law Compliance

The four Labour Codes came into force on 21 November 2025, consolidating 29 central labour laws. Uttar Pradesh has since issued its own rules under the Codes. For an employer, this changes registrations, wage structures, records and returns. We help you move to the new framework in an orderly way.

Our approach

We start with a short review of your workforce (employees, fixed-term staff, contract labour, apprentices), current registrations, wage structure and records, then give you a prioritised list of actions. Routine compliance, including EPF and ESI and establishment registrations, can then run on a monthly calendar.
