About Us
Why Industree Edge
Many projects are assembled piece by piece: a DPR from one person, a subsidy file from another, approvals handled by whoever is available. We put the project together as one engineered structure, so the incentive claim, the loan sanction and the commissioning date support each other.
Improvised versus engineered
| Area | Improvised approach | Engineered approach |
|---|---|---|
| Project report | Template DPR with generic assumptions | Cost of project built from quotations, capacity and working-capital cycle the bank can verify |
| Incentives | Applied for after the unit is built, if remembered | Mapped before land and machinery are committed, with cut-off dates and stacking rules |
| Approvals | Applied for when someone asks for them | Sequenced roadmap on Nivesh Mitra so no licence becomes the critical path |
| Bank finance | Loan sought for whatever the promoter can arrange | Means of finance, margin and repayment designed around realistic cash flows |
| Scheme status | Assumes a scheme is open because it once was | Status checked on official sources and stated plainly, including lapsed and pending schemes |
| After sanction | Sanction conditions discovered at disbursement | Tracker for sanction conditions, claims and compliance dates |
What you can expect from us
Founder-led
Every mandate is led personally by CA Bijendar Bisht, from first review to final claim. Meet the founder.
Bank-grade documents
DPRs, CMA data and projections prepared in the formats lenders appraise, with assumptions you can defend.
Honest status
We tell you when a scheme has lapsed, is awaiting continuation or is unlikely to fit, before you plan on it.
Policy, capital and execution together
Incentives, finance and approvals are planned as one sequence. See our approach.
Uttar Pradesh focus
Based in Lucknow, working with Nivesh Mitra, UP policies and the lenders active in the state.
Documents you keep
Each step ends with a written output: opportunity note, cost build-up, incentive map, DPR, trackers.
What we do not promise. No adviser can guarantee a loan sanction or a subsidy. Banks decide on credit, and government departments decide on incentives. What we can do is make sure your proposal is complete, consistent and presented the way the decision-maker needs to see it. We do not publish client testimonials; references can be discussed directly where a client has agreed.
See what an engineered structure looks like for your project.
Share the outline. We review it against our five-step approach and come back with the incentive scope, viability risks and capital gaps we see.
