What should I share in the first message?
A line on the business, the product and capacity you have in mind, the location, the approximate project cost and what you need help with: loan, subsidy, DPR, approvals or compliance. Documents can come later.
Do you meet in person?
Yes, in Lucknow by appointment. Most first conversations happen on a call or WhatsApp, and site visits are planned once we are engaged.
Do you work outside Uttar Pradesh?
Central schemes, bank finance, DPRs and compliance work are not limited to one state. State incentive work is focused on Uttar Pradesh.
Is the first conversation charged?
The initial discussion and the eligibility check are free. We share a written scope and fee before any paid work begins.
Can you guarantee a loan or subsidy?
No. Sanction and disbursement are decisions of the bank or the government department. Our job is to make sure your proposal is complete, consistent and presented in the format they need.
