Industrial projects need more than financial analysis. Depending on the mandate, we bring in independent professionals for specific pieces of work. Each associate is engaged for a defined scope that we agree with you in advance, and every mandate stays led by our founder.
Roles on the panel
Chartered engineers and technical consultants
Plant layout, process flow, capacity build-up, machinery specifications and civil cost estimates for DPRs, TEV inputs and approval drawings.
Registered valuers
Valuation of land and building, plant and machinery, or securities where a lender, an investor or a restructuring requires an independent report.
Legal counsel
Title diligence on project land, loan and security documents, shareholder agreements, and representation in delayed-payment and recovery matters.
Company secretaries
Incorporation, ROC filings, charge registration, board records and secretarial compliance for companies and LLPs.
Environmental and safety consultants
Pollution-consent documentation, EPR and waste-management filings, and fire and factory safety inputs.
Sector and market specialists
Food technologists, cold-chain and warehousing specialists and technology advisers who validate assumptions that a lender will test.
How associates are engaged
- Scope first: we tell you which role is needed, why, and what the output will be before anyone is engaged.
- Fees agreed upfront: associate fees are quoted to you separately or included in our quote, never added later without your approval.
- Single point of accountability: you deal with Industree Edge; we coordinate the associates and review their work against your DPR and approvals.
- Independence where it matters: valuers and engineers who sign reports for a lender work to their own professional standards; we do not influence their conclusions.
