Our Approach (5-Step Method)
Five steps take a business opportunity from idea to an enterprise that can be financed, supported and scaled. Each step ends with a document you keep, so the work is useful even if you take the project forward on your own.
The five steps

Understand the opportunity
We assess the product, market, site, technology options, promoter capacity and growth intent. We ask the questions a credit officer will ask, before the bank does.
Output: Opportunity note with key assumptions, open questions and a go / re-think view. Best done before land or machinery is committed.

Structure the project
Scope, capacity, cost of project, technology and the implementation plan are defined and documented, with every head of cost supported by quotations or estimates.
Output: Cost-of-project build-up, implementation schedule and a draft means of finance.

Align with policy
Applicable central and Uttar Pradesh incentives are identified, along with the approvals the unit needs and the order in which to obtain them. Eligibility conditions that affect design, location or timing are flagged early.
Output: Incentive map (with stacking rules and claim timing) and an approvals roadmap.

Prepare for finance
We build the DPR, financial projections, CMA data and loan proposal in the format your lender uses, stress-test the numbers and prepare responses to likely queries.
Output: Bank-grade DPR, CMA data and loan application pack.

Enable execution
We support you through lender discussions, sanction conditions, approvals, implementation milestones and the filing and follow-up of incentive claims.
Output: Sanction-condition tracker, claim file and compliance calendar for the operating years.
How long does it take?
It depends on how much is already in place. A project with land, quotations and promoter funds ready moves much faster than one still choosing a site.
