EPF & ESI Registration and Returns
EPF and ESI are monthly obligations with interest and damages for delay. We register your establishment, set up the monthly routine and keep employee records clean, so contributions are paid on time and claims are not held up.
What we handle
- Registration: establishment registration on the EPFO and ESIC portals when coverage applies, including voluntary coverage where it makes sense.
- Onboarding: UAN and ESI IP numbers for new joiners, KYC seeding and nomination.
- Monthly contributions: EPF ECR and ESI contribution computed from payroll and paid by the 15th of the following month.
- Returns and records: periodic returns, registers and reconciliation of contributions with the books.
- Inspections and notices: replies to EPFO and ESIC notices and support during inspections.
Under the UP Startup Policy 2026, eligible startups can get the employer's PF and ESI contribution reimbursed for three years. Payroll records must be clean to claim it.
