Engineers and technical consultants
Plant layout, process route, capacity and machinery specifications, civil cost estimates and technical inputs for DPRs and TEV studies.
Registered valuers
Valuation of land, building and plant & machinery where a lender, a takeover or a restructuring requires an independent report.
Legal counsel
Title diligence on project land, loan and security documentation, and representation in delayed-payment and recovery matters.
Company secretaries
Incorporation, ROC filings, charge registration and secretarial records for companies and LLPs.
Qualifications behind the work
- Chartered Accountancy, with post-qualification certifications in information systems audit and forensic accounting (DISA, FAFD), and CCA and FATA.
- Hands-on exposure to lender appraisal through project finance, CMA and DPR assignments for MSMEs.
- Sector experience across food processing, FMCG and beverage plants, logistics and warehousing, and technology startups.
